I updated to this revision and then I did a hard reset (30-30-30 rule). WiFi isn't working (other devices don't see the network). Couldn't test communication between wired computers. I will post more test results tomorrow.
RispondiEliminaI almost forgot: when I change wireless settings, the router just reboots (the changes seem to be applied after the reboot), however WiFi won't work.
Eliminai have the same problem :(
RispondiEliminaPost your system and kernel log, please.
RispondiEliminaPlease tell me how to obtain those logs. This thing is nothing like traditional Linux, I can't find the log files at /var/log. There are 4 files, lastlog (which is empty), nmb, smb and wtmp.
EliminaHowever, I finally have a solution for my switch problem. The switch is named 'eth0' in the config file, which is used by the system. I just renamed it to 'switch0' and disabled VAN.
/etc/config/network:
config switch
option name 'switch0'
option reset '1'
option enable_vlan '0'
config switch_vlan
option device 'switch0'
option vlan '1'
option ports '0 1 2 3 4 5'
OK, now I'm getting angry! Why the fuck does this shitty blog reformat my well formatted config file?
EliminaWeb 2.0? More like Web 0.1alpha!
PS: I hate captcha thingys!
System and kernel log are under the Status tab in Luci webgui.
EliminaYeah, I know captcha sucks but it's for the spammers :'(
That switch config was a solution for another user on the blog (juan) which I hadn't at time. I don't know why some get the switch screw up.
thanks josef, now the switch works normally.
RispondiEliminahowever nothing yet for wifi...
