  1. Today I flashed this image to my device. WiFi still not working, wired stations can't connect to each other.

WiFi doesn't show up in other devices. Even if connected like the SSID is hidden, it doesn't work.

"ping 192.168.1.220" from 192.168.1.215 (or vice versa) doesn't work. Other programs like Microsofts RDP client won't work, too.

    1. Hi Josef,

      Thanks for your comment.
Unfortunately, I won't be at home any time soon and I can't test my builds.
I think I will(well, my friend will do it for me) flash my router next sunday and see if I have the same issues.
This is strange because there are no reports on the openwrt mailinglist and I remember another user having this issues when for me worked fine.

Have you tried doing a hard reset (30-30-30 rule) before and after flashing the firmware?

    2. Can you tell me how to do a hard reset? And what is a 30-30-30 rule?

PS: when I change WiFi setting the router reboots (because of a crash?)

PPS: I still mess up my comments... Every time I want to respond I just create a new comment. Sorry

    3. Hard Reset (aka 30/30/30 reset):

The following procedure will clear out the NVRAM:

      - With the unit powered on, press and hold the reset button on back of unit for 30 seconds
      - Without releasing the reset button, unplug the unit and hold reset for another 30 seconds
      - Plug the unit back in STILL holding the reset button a final 30 seconds

      more info here ( http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Hard_reset_or_30/30/30 ).

Also when you finish the procedure, could you upload your /etc/config/network and wireless file (there was one if I remember right).

There is an update for the mac80211 package (trunk version r36939 - https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/36939/ ) so maybe they fixed your problem.
I will compile a new trunk build tomorrow morning ( UTC+9 Japan Timezone).
