I downgraded to R36585 Annex A. Now WiFi is working again, but as stated in the comments miniupnp isn't working (never used UPNP before, so I'm fine with it). Would be interesting to know what has changed.
I also tried to set country to US before, but it wasn't working, so I downgraded. I also changed to 40MHz(+) channels, but I see no difference. File transfers are about 6MB/s, no latency spikes.

Could you reboot your router and paste your system log and kernel log?
If you have still problem, revert to a previous build for now.
